Internet - 20mb speed, unlimited download limit.	£100 for installation and equipment plus £12 per month line rental
Insurance	We are an Introducer Appointed Representative (IAR) for Compass

Leasehold is for a 15 year period with option to extend annually up to 20 years, subject to agreement with owners.
Parking available for 1 car per pitch, additional cars should be parked in the site car park.
Season - 4 February to 4 January annually. Lodges may not be occupied during the closed period.
All lodges are sold for holiday use only and must not be sub-let to a third party. Dogs are permitted on site up to a maximum of 2 per lodge. They should be on a lead at all times on site.
